    GloLive Radio operates under required public performance, sound recording, and mechanical licenses. We obtain music rights through ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, SoundExchange, and other authorized agencies.

  • Content Moderation:
    All music and audio content are reviewed prior to broadcast. Automated and manual systems ensure compliance with copyright and editorial guidelines.

  • User-Generated Content:
    All artist submissions, listener stories, and user-uploaded content must be original or properly licensed. By submitting content, users affirm they have the legal right to share the material.

2. Use of Copyrighted Material

  • Permitted Use:
    We stream music and content only with appropriate licenses or permissions. Unauthorized duplication, distribution, or public performance of copyrighted material on our platform is strictly prohibited.

  • Third-Party Content:
    Any third-party content used on GloLive Radio platforms is subject to the rights and restrictions imposed by the respective copyright holders.

3. Reporting Copyright Infringement

  • Notice Requirements:
    If you believe your copyrighted work has been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please send a written notice with the following information:

    • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed

    • Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on the site

    • Your contact information (name, address, email, phone)

    If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with supporting information. We will review and, if appropriate, restore the material.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

  • Account Termination:
    GloLive Radio reserves the right to terminate accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers, in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws.
