GloLive Radio LLC – Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing or using the GloLive Radio LLC website (“Site”) and digital streaming services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.

2. Eligibility & User Accounts

  • Users must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction).

3. Service Description

  • GloLive Radio LLC operates six digital radio stations with automated playlists and no live/talk segments at launch.

  • Features include: music streaming, artist submissions, listener story sharing, music news, and merchandise storefront.

  • Service availability, features, and content are subject to change without notice.

4. User Conduct

  • You agree not to:

    • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

    • Submit or share content that is unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, or infringes on third-party rights.

    • Attempt to interfere with the Site’s or Services’ operation or security.

  • GloLive Radio LLC reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove user submissions at its sole discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, trademarks, logos, and software are owned by or licensed to GloLive Radio LLC.

  • Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without express written permission.

6. Music & Content Licensing

  • All music streamed is licensed in accordance with U.S. copyright law and relevant music rights organizations (ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, SoundExchange).

  • Unauthorized use, recording, or redistribution of streamed content is prohibited.

7. Merchandise & In-App Purchases

  • Merchandise and digital goods are offered for sale via the Site. All sales are subject to posted terms and conditions.

  • Prices, availability, and product descriptions are subject to change without notice.

8. Privacy & Data Protection
